NexKit Tools is a unified directory for PDF, image, file conversion, utility, network diagnostic, and AI tools. This directory website does not require user accounts, does not ask visitors to upload files, and does not process documents, images, files, network queries, or text directly.

This site runs lightweight, anonymous first-party analytics operated by NexKit itself (no third-party analytics vendor), shared across the NexKit portfolio — nexkit.uk, tools.nexkit.uk, pdf.tools.nexkit.uk, blog.nexkit.uk, and network.tools.nexkit.uk. It sets two first-party cookies scoped to .nexkit.uk: an anonymous visitor identifier (nexkit_vid, kept up to 1 year) and a session identifier (nexkit_sid, kept 30 minutes), used only to count unique visitors, sessions, and page views in aggregate. The identifiers themselves are never stored — only an irreversible cryptographic hash of each — and no IP address, full browser user-agent string, or page content is recorded alongside them. Public traffic may also pass through Cloudflare and OpenResty hosting infrastructure, which can process request metadata needed to deliver, cache, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

Some NexKit pages may later include clearly marked affiliate links to relevant third-party services. If you click one of those links, NexKit may record a first-party affiliate_click event containing only the site, page path, destination category, partner label, placement label, and server timestamp. NexKit does not store the full destination URL, link text, page content, file names, IP address, or full browser user-agent string in that affiliate event.

OpenResty access and error logs are enabled for hosted NexKit properties. A specific log retention period was not verified during this review, so NexKit does not publish a fixed retention duration here.

Payment processing (not yet active): NexKit does not currently operate any paid checkout. When paid plans are introduced, payment and billing data submitted at checkout — such as card details, billing address, and tax identifiers — will be collected and processed directly by NexKit's payment processor, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record, under Paddle's own Privacy Notice, published at paddle.com. NexKit does not receive or store your full card number, card verification code (CVV), or full bank account details at any point. NexKit may retain limited billing-related records for accounting, tax, and support purposes — such as an order or subscription identifier, plan name, billing status, and a partially masked billing email — for as long as reasonably needed to support your subscription and meet NexKit's own legal and accounting obligations. Refund and dispute records are handled under the same arrangement described in the Refund Policy.

If you email NexKit, your email address, message content, and any attachments you choose to send are processed so NexKit can read, route, and reply to the request.
