Refund Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026.
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests for NexKit's paid products will be handled. No paid plan is available yet — see Pricing for current status. This policy takes effect for a purchase once NexKit's checkout is live for that product.
- Scope
- Applies to any subscription or one-time purchase made directly through a NexKit checkout. It does not apply to the free NexKit tools, which are not purchased and have nothing to refund.
- How to request
- Email [email protected] (or [email protected]) from the address used for the purchase, with your order number or billing email and the reason for the request.
- How requests are reviewed
- NexKit reviews each request individually against this policy and the terms shown at the time of purchase. Approval is not automatic and depends on the circumstances of the request.
- Your statutory rights
- This policy does not limit or replace any consumer protection or withdrawal right that applies under the law of your country or region and cannot be waived by contract (for example, statutory cancellation rights available in the EU/UK). Where local law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.
- Once Paddle billing is enabled
- Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as Merchant of Record and seller of record for the transaction. Paddle's own Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy, published at paddle.com, apply alongside this policy, and Paddle may independently receive and action refund or chargeback requests under those policies. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method through Paddle; NexKit does not handle your card or bank details directly.
- Timing
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. NexKit does not commit to a fixed review or payout time; once a refund is approved, the time for funds to appear back on your payment method depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
