Terms of Use
Last updated: September 17, 2026.
NexKit Tools is a unified tools directory for an independently operated web tools project. The information on this site is provided for general product and navigation information.
This directory only lists tools that are live today on their real product sites; it does not publish placeholder or planned entries.
PDF & Image Tools at pdf.tools.nexkit.uk, Network Tools at network.tools.nexkit.uk, and AI Utility Tools at ai.nexkit.uk are the current products linked from NexKit Tools. Use of each product is subject to its own terms, privacy policy, and processing disclosures.
NexKit Tools and its linked products are free to use today. No paid subscription, one-time purchase, or checkout is currently active on any NexKit product. If NexKit introduces paid plans, that will be announced on this Terms page and on the Pricing page before any charge is possible.
When paid plans are introduced, checkout, billing, invoicing, and tax collection (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) will be handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for NexKit's paid products. Paddle is the seller of record for those transactions, and any purchase will also be subject to Paddle's own buyer terms, presented by Paddle at checkout and published at paddle.com. This Merchant of Record arrangement is not active today, because no paid plan has launched.
Under that arrangement, Paddle is responsible for collecting payment, calculating and remitting applicable tax, and issuing your transaction receipt or invoice. NexKit remains responsible for the product or service itself, including its features, support, and this Terms of Use, and for reviewing refund requests under the Refund Policy.
Where a paid plan is billed on a recurring basis, it will renew automatically for successive billing periods (such as monthly or annually) at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal timing, proration, and any trial terms will be disclosed at checkout before purchase.
You will be able to cancel a recurring subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, through the billing management channel provided at that time (expected to be a Paddle-hosted customer portal) or by contacting [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the current billing period, except as described in the Refund Policy.
Prices shown at checkout will include or clearly disclose any applicable taxes, such as VAT, GST, or sales tax, calculated by Paddle based on your billing location. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
Refund requests for any paid NexKit product are handled under the Refund Policy. Once Paddle billing is active, approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method.
NexKit does not directly process, transmit, or store your full payment card or bank account details. Payment data you provide at checkout is collected and processed directly by Paddle and any payment networks or acquiring banks it uses, under their own terms and privacy policies, published at paddle.com.
NexKit may update, change, or remove content on this website over time.
The website is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Do not use this website in a way that interferes with its security, availability, or normal operation.
