NexKit Tools is part of NexKit, an independently operated web tools project. These terms cover use of this site at https://tools.nexkit.uk.

1. Product Scope

NexKit Tools provides PDF tools, image tools, and file conversion workflows. Tool availability can change over time. Coming soon tools are informational and do not guarantee a delivery date.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload, convert, edit, or process any file you use with NexKit Tools. Do not use the tools for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes.

3. File Processing References

Review each tool's processing label before selecting a file. Browser tools process locally, server-side tools may temporarily upload files to complete your request, and Coming soon tools do not currently accept or process files.

4. Service Limitations

Tools are provided as-is. Keep original backups of important files before processing them. NexKit may update, change, pause, or remove tools to maintain security, availability, or product quality.
